Admission Process

Step 01

Admission Notification (Advertisement)

  • The university announces the admission process, including eligibility criteria, application dates, and procedures for its various programs.
  • Candidates are informed they can apply via the University's Entrance Exam (DPAT) or submit valid scores from tests conducted by national or state agencies.
Step 02

Registration & Application Process

  • A) University Entrance Test Candidates register on the University's Admission Portal and complete the application for the University entrance exam (DPAT).
  • B) Valid External Test Scores: Candidates with valid scorecards from national/state agency exams register on the same portal, indicating their intention to submit external scores instead of taking the university entrance test.
Step 03

Submission of Documents

  • All candidates, regardless of the entrance exam type, must submit the following:
    • Academic transcripts (Class X, XII, and graduation for PG programs).
    • Identification proof (e.g., Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Passport).
    • Valid entrance exam
    • Caste category certificates (if applicable).
    • Domicile certificate (if applicable).
    • EWS certificate (if applicable).
Step 04

University Entrance Test [DPAT] (If Applicable)

  • Candidates opting for the university entrance exam must appear on the scheduled date.
Step 05

Result Declaration

  • Results for the university entrance test are announced.
  • Candidates with valid external scores are considered alongside university entrance test takers, and a comprehensive merit list is prepared.
Step 06

Counseling & Personal Interview (PI):

  • Shortlisted candidates from both categories are invited to attend a counseling session and participate in a Personal Interview (PI) to assess their communication, problem-solving skills, and overall suitability for the program.
Step 07

Final Merit List & Seat Allocation (Rounds)

  • The final merit list is based on the entrance test/external scores, PI performance, and academic qualifications.
  • Seats are allocated according to merit, availability, and applicable reservation criteria.
Step 08

Counseling & Personal Interview (PI)

  • Shortlisted candidates from both categories are invited to attend a counseling session and participate in a Personal Interview (PI) to assess their communication, problem-solving skills, and overall suitability for the program.
Step 09

Fee Payment & Document Verification (Eligibility Checking)

  • Candidates who confirm their admission must pay the required fees within the specified timeframe and submit all necessary documents for verification.
Step 10

Reporting to the School

  • Admitted candidates must report to the school and adhere to its joining norms and regulations.
