Refund Policy

(As per the UGC Notification D.O.No.F.2-71/2022 (CPP-II) (C-114546) on Fee Refund Policy for the AY 2024-25)

Dr. D.Y. Patil Dnyan Prasad University (DYPDPU) will cancel admission only if the student fails to meet the eligibility requirements after deducting INR 1000/- as administrative charges.

The last date of admission for the Academic Year 2025-26 is September 30, 2025.

Full Refund of the Collected Fees on account of withdrawal/migration/cancellation of admission before August 31, 2025
Full Refund of the Collected Fees with a deduction of INR 1000/- as processing charges on account of withdrawal / migration / cancellation of admission before September 30, 2025
A student opting to withdraw his/her admission will be entitled to a refund of fees as detailed below:

*Note: September 30, 2025, is the last date of University admissions for AY 2025-26

4	50%	30 days or less, but more than 15 days after the formally notified last date of admission *Cancellation between October 15 to October 31, 2025*
5	00%	More than 30 days after the formally notified last date of admission *Cancellation After October 31, 2025*
