Eligibility Criteria

1. Maharashtra State Candidature Candidate:
a. Passed HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical or Vocational subjects and obtained at least 45% marks* (at least 40% marks*, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) in the above subjects taken together;
OR
Passed Diploma in Engineering and Technology and obtained at least 45% marks* (at least 40 % marks*, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only);
OR
Passed B.Sc. Degree from a recognized University as defined by UGC and obtained at least 45% marks* (at least 40% marks*, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only);
b. Obtained score in CET conducted by the Competent Authority or Entrance Test Conducted by the DYPDPU University.

2. All India Candidature Candidates, Jammu and Kashmir Migrant Candidature Candidates:
a. The Candidate should be an Indian National;
b. Passed HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical or Vocational subjects and obtained at least 45% marks* (at least 40% marks*, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) in the above subjects taken together;
OR
Passed Diploma in Engineering and Technology and obtained at least 45% marks* (at least 40% marks*, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only);
OR
Passed B.Sc. Degree from a recognized University as defined by University Grants Commission and obtained at least 45% marks* (at least 40% marks*, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only);
c. Obtained score in CET or JEE Main Paper I or Entrance Test Conducted by the DYP DPU.

3. FNS / OCI / PIO, Children of Indian workers in the Gulf countries, Foreign National:
a. The candidate should have passed the HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical or Vocational subjects, and obtained at least 50% marks*;
b. Any other criterion declared by appropriate authority from time to time.

For Maharashtra State Candidature Candidates and All India Candidature Candidates

The Candidate should be an Indian National

Passed Diploma Course in Engineering and Technology with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates of Backward Class categories, Economically Weaker Section and Persons with Disability category belonging to Maharashtra State) in appropriate branch of Engineering and Technology from an All India Council for Technical Education or Central or State Government approved Institution or its equivalent.

OR

Passed B.Sc. Degree from a University Grants Commission (UGC) or Association of Indian Universities recognized University with at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidates of Backward Class categories, Economically Weaker Section and Persons with Disability category belonging to Maharashtra State) and passed HSC or its equivalent examination with Mathematics as a subject provided that students belonging to this category shall clear the subjects of Engineering Graphics or Engineering Drawing and Engineering Mechanics of the first year Engineering Program along with second year subjects.

OR

Passed D.Voc. Stream in the same or allied sector

In the above cases, a suitable bridge Courses, if required such as in Mathematics may be conducted.

Any other criterion declared from time to time by the appropriate authority as defined under the Act.

(1) For Maharashtra Candidature Candidate and All India Candidature Candidate
(i) The Candidate should be an Indian National;
(ii) B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Engineering/Computer Science & Engineering/Information Technology/AIDS/AIML/Electronics/Electronics & Telecommunication (or Passed Bachelor Degree in the relevant field/course of Engineering and Technology) from All India Council for Technical Education or Central or State Government approved institutions or equivalent, with at least 50% marks (at least 45% marks in case of candidates of Backward Class categories, Economically weaker section and Persons with Disability category belonging to Maharashtra State);
(iii) Obtained Qualified score in Graduates Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE in CS/DA) conducted by the Indian Institute of Technology and valid for the current academic year; or
(iii) Obtained non-Qualified marks in Graduates Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE in CS/DA) conducted by the Indian Institute of Technology for the current academic year; or
(iii) For sponsored candidates, minimum of two years of full time work experience in a registered firm/ company/ industry/ educational and/ or research institute/ any Government Department or Government Autonomous Organization in the relevant field in which admission is being sought; or
(iii) Candidate should have minimum of two years of full time work experience in a registered firm/ company/ industry/ educational and/ or research institute/ any Government Department or Government Autonomous Organization in the relevant field in which admission is being sought; (These candidates shall be eligible for admission at institute level only );
(iv) Entrance exam will be conducted by the University for GATE-non-Qualified/non-GATE candidates. GATE ( Qualified Candidates shall have preference over the GATE-not-Qualified/non-GATE Candidates.
(v) Any other criterion declared from time to time by the appropriate authority as defined under the Act.

(2) NRI / OCI / PIO, Children of Indian workers in the Gulf countries, Foreign
National
(i) B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Engineering/Computer Science & Engineering/Information Technology/AIDS/AIML/Electronics/Electronics & Telecommunication (or Passed Bachelor Degree in the relevant field/course of Engineering and Technology) from All India Council for Technical Education or Central or State Government approved institutions or equivalent, with at least 50 %marks;
(ii) Any other criterion declared from time to time by the appropriate authority as defined under the Act.


Eligibility criteria for securing admission are as per University Grant Commission (UGC) (Minimum Standards & Procedures for Award of Ph.D. Degree No. CG-DL-E-07112022-240086) dated: 7 th November 2022 of UGC Regulations, 2022. The following are eligible to seek admission to the Ph.D. programme:
Candidates who have completed:
• A 1-year/2-semester master's degree programme after a 4-year/8-semester bachelor’s degree programme or a 2-year/4-semester master’s degree programme after a 3-year bachelor’s degree programme or qualifications declared equivalent to the master’s degree by the corresponding statutory regulatory body, with at least 55% marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed
• or equivalent qualification from a foreign educational institution accredited by an assessment and accreditation agency which is approved, recognized or authorized by an authority, established or incorporated under a law in its home country or any other statutory authority in that country to assess, accredit or assure quality and standards of the educational institution.
• A relaxation of 5% marks or its equivalent grade may be allowed for those belonging to SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer)/Differently-Abled, Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and other categories of candidates as per the decision of the Commission from time to time.
• Provided that a candidate seeking admission after a 4-year/8-semester bachelor’s degree programme should have a minimum of 75% marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade on a point scale wherever the grading system is followed. A relaxation of 5% marks or its equivalent grade may be allowed for those belonging to SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer)/Differently-Abled, Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and other categories of candidates as per the decision of the Commission from time to time.

Graduate from any recognized University/ Institution of National Importance with a minimum of 40% marks or equivalent grade (35% Marks or equivalent grade for Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribes).

Passed Standard XII (10+2) or equivalent examination from any recognised Board with a minimum of 40% marks or equivalent grade (35% Marks or equivalent grade for Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribes) and a non-zero score in applicable MH CET/ PERA CET/DPAT. Students who wish to opt for Honours with Research must earn a 7.5 CGPA and above at the end of Semester-6.

Passed Standard XII (10+2) or equivalent examination from any recognised Board with a minimum of 40% marks or equivalent grade (35% Marks or equivalent grade for Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribes) and a non-zero score in applicable MH CET/ PERA CET/DPAT. Students who wish to opt for Honours with Research must earn a 7.5 CGPA and above at the end of Semester-6.

Graduate from any recognised University/ Institution of National Importance with a minimum of 45% marks or equivalent grade (40% marks or equivalent grade for Scheduled Caste /Scheduled Tribes) and a non-zero score in applicable MH CET/ PERA CET/DPAT.

Graduate from any recognised University/ Institution of National Importance in Agriculture/Horticulture/VeterinarySciences/Fisheries/Forestry/FoodTechnology/Biotechnology with a minimum of 45% marks or equivalent grade (40% marks or equivalent grade for Scheduled Caste /Scheduled Tribes) and a non-zero score in applicable MH CET/ PERA CET/DPAT.

Graduate from any recognised University/ Institution of National Importance in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, MBBS, BDS, BHMS, BAMS, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Bioengineering, B. Tech or B.E. in Bio Tech or Bio- Medical stream with a minimum of 45% marks or equivalent grade (40% marks or equivalent grade for Scheduled Caste /Scheduled Tribes) and a non-zero score in applicable MH CET/ PERA CET/DPAT.

Graduate from any recognised University/ Institution of National Importance with a minimum of 45% marks or equivalent grade (40% marks or equivalent grade for Scheduled Caste /Scheduled Tribes) and a non-zero score in applicable MH CET/ PERA CET/DPAT.

Graduate from any recognised University/ Institution of National Importance with a minimum of 45% marks or equivalent grade (40% marks or equivalent grade for Scheduled Caste /Scheduled Tribes) and a non-zero score in applicable MH CET/ PERA CET/DPAT.

Graduate from any recognised University/ Institution of National Importance with a minimum of 45% marks or equivalent grade (40% marks or equivalent grade for Scheduled Caste /Scheduled Tribes) and a non-zero score in applicable MH CET/ PERA CET/DPAT.

A Master’s degree or equivalent in Management, Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or any related discipline.
The degree must be awarded by a recognized university with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks (50% for reserved category candidates) or an equivalent grade.

Candidates with a professional qualification such as CA, ICWA, or CS, along with a Bachelor's degree, may also be eligible, subject to university norms.

Candidates must qualify for the university’s Ph.D. Entrance Test (PET) or have a valid score in national-level exams such as UGC-NET, SET, SLET, or equivalent.

2.Passed 10+2 examination (regular science academic stream) with Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Mathematics.

3.Any other qualification approved by the Pharmacy Council of India as equivalent to the aforementioned examination.

2.Candidate should complete the age of 17 years on or before 31st December of the year of admission to the course.
3.Passed 10+2 examination conducted by the respective state/central government authorities recognized as equivalent to 10+2 examination by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) with English as one of the subjects and Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or Biology as optional subjects individually.
4.Any other qualification recognized by the Pharmacy Council of India as equivalent to the aforementioned examinations.
5.Admission will be based on DPAT. However, candidates with non-zero scores in NEET or MHT-CET will be exempted from the DPAT.

3.Passed 10+2 examination conducted by the respective state/central government authorities recognized as equivalent to 10+2 examination by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) with English as one of the subjects and Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or Biology as optional subjects individually.

4.Any other qualification recognized by the Pharmacy Council of India as equivalent to the aforementioned examinations.

5.Admission will be based on DPAT. However, candidates with non-zero scores in NEET or MHT-CET will be exempted from the DPAT.

6.Admission will be based on DPAT, However candidates with non- zero scores in NEET or MHT-CET will be exempted from the DPAT.

1.The candidate should have passed Bachelor of Pharmacy from an institutional approved by the Pharmacy Council of India under section 12 of the Pharmacy Act.
2.Non zero positive score in Graduates Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) conducted by National Testing Agency.
3.Any other eligibility criteria and requirement declared from time to time by the appropriate authority as defined under the university act.

1.Candidate must have done Post Graduation in relevant stream in Pharmacy with minimum 55% aggregate marks from a recognized College/University. Qualify entrance examination/ Interview conducted by the university.

Passed Standard XII (10+2) or equivalent examination from any recognised Board with a minimum of 45% marks or equivalent grade (40% Marks or equivalent grade for Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribes).
Students who wish to opt for Honours with Research must earn a 7.5 CGPA and above at the end of Semester-6.

Passed Standard XII (10+2) or equivalent examination from any recognised Board with a minimum of 45% marks or equivalent grade (40% Marks or equivalent grade for Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribes).
Students who wish to opt for Honours with Research must earn a 7.5 CGPA and above at the end of Semester-6.

A Master’s degree or equivalent in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, or any related discipline.
The degree must be awarded by a recognized university with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks (50% for reserved category candidates) or an equivalent grade.

Candidates holding a professional qualification in hospitality or tourism, combined with a Bachelor’s degree, may also be eligible, subject to university norms.

Candidates must qualify for the university’s Ph.D. Entrance Test (PET) or hold a valid score in recognized national-level exams such as UGC-NET, SET, SLET, or equivalent.

Passed Standard XII (10+2) or equivalent examination from any recognised Board with a minimum of 45% marks or equivalent grade (40% Marks or equivalent grade for Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribes).
Students who wish to opt for Honours with Research must earn a 7.5 CGPA and above at the end of Semester-6.

Graduate from any recognized University/ Institution of National Importance with a minimum of 40% marks or equivalent grade (35% Marks or equivalent grade for Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribes).

A Master’s degree or equivalent in Psychology or a closely related field (e.g., Clinical Psychology, Applied Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Organizational Psychology, etc.).
The degree must be awarded by a recognized university with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks (50% for reserved category candidates) or an equivalent grade.

Applicants holding professional qualifications in Psychology (e.g., M.Phil. in Psychology) or related disciplines may also be eligible, subject to university norms.

Candidates must qualify for the university’s Ph.D. Entrance Test (PET) or have a valid score in recognized national-level exams such as UGC-NET, SET, SLET, or equivalent.
